SILVA WEALTH LAB TERMS AND SMS CONDITIONS

These Terms govern use of the Silva Wealth Lab website, communications, consultations, educational materials, assessments, and other services. Silva Wealth Lab is a DBA of All Things Faith & Family LLC (“SWL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE

Website content, consultations, assessments, and educational materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

NO GUARANTEES

Results vary. SWL does not guarantee any credit-score increase, deletion of reported information, funding approval, funding amount, interest rate, or completion timeline. Credit bureaus, furnishers, lenders, and other third parties make their own decisions.

ACCURATE INFORMATION AND AUTHORIZED USE

You agree to provide accurate information and use the services lawfully. Do not submit another person’s information without authorization. Do not send Social Security numbers, login credentials, security answers, full account numbers, or complete credit reports through ordinary SMS or unencrypted email. Use the approved secure upload process when requested.

CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICES

A consultation or free pre-assessment does not create a credit-repair service agreement. Paid credit-related services begin only after any required agreement, disclosures, cancellation notices, payment terms, and onboarding requirements have been completed.

SMS PROGRAM TERMS

Program name: Silva Wealth Lab Client Communications.

By entering your mobile number and selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent box, you agree to receive customer-care messages, intake instructions, secure upload links, appointment confirmations and reminders, assessment status updates, and—only when separately selected—occasional marketing messages about relevant SWL services.

After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
